Pregnancy or Prenatal Massage:
Massage during pregnancy is appropriate for most women and is particularly recommended for hip and low-back discomfort. During this massage, special pillows and cushions are used for your and your baby’s comfort. Ask your doctor if a massage during your pregnancy is right for you.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy:
A delicate, light, and healing massage, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a hands-on technique designed to activate the lymph system. In fact, the proper functioning of the lymphatic system is important to the body’s ability to detoxify, prevent or decrease swelling and maintain a healthy immune system. The pressure used is very light and a state of relaxation achieved is usually very deep. Some benefits are decreased fluid retention and swelling, boosts the immune system, and easing sore muscles. This is a great treatment to try if you’re fasting or trying a juice cleanse. It is also helpful when preparing for surgery or post-surgery to reduce swelling.

Value-Added Services Upon Request:
Oftentimes, additional services may be included at no charge when requested. While other massage therapists may charge for these services, Foltz Massage does not. These services include the use of topical products such as essential oils, Biofreeze, and similar products. Additionally, tools such as Kinesio tape and electronic point stimulation can be added to your massage. Please note that the use of these products and/or tools will not add additional time to your massage, but will be used in conjunction with the massage time you have reserved.
I require a fee of $50 for cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice.
The full fee will be charged for no-shows. Fees to be paid prior to rescheduling. Exceptions may apply for illness and excessive inclement weather.
Please note that the session lengths are dedicated solely to massage time. Therefore, a one-hour massage will last for 60 minutes, not a “spa hour” of 50 minutes.
I accept payment by cash, local check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
